About the Film
Charlie, a 17-year-old girl from deep in the Appalachian mountains, must save her sisters and little brother from her addict mother and drug dealer uncle. Nowhere to go, the kids are met by a trusted teacher who finds them a safe place, if only for one night.

Clients Goals: In addition to screening in competition at as many international festivals as possible, the LADIES MOST DEJECT creative team wanted to have as many L.A. and Virgina based festival screenings as possible.
Results Achieved by The Film Festival Doctor
LADIES MOST DEJCT has screened at over 30 international film festivals as has so far won 10 awards. It screened and won 15 awards, including at the Push International film festival in its hometown of Virginia. The Film Festival Doctor team secured 6 L.A. based screenings for the film.
