On her walk home, a young mother is lured into a tunnel, unaware of what has been awoken inside on the night of a black moon.
Brief
Clients Goals: To launch the film at a top tier genre film festival to be used as a ‘hook’ in order to help secure an abundance of press coverage for the film (managed by our affiliate PR company Chic Art P.R.). After the launch, the client was happy for the film to screen predominately across North America so that he could attend and network at as many festivals as possible.

BLACK MOON launched to huge acclaim at the 2019 Morbido Fantastic Film Festival where it screened in competition for the prestigious Melies D’Argent Award; what followed after its world premiere was a plethora of positive industry press reviews and acclaim for first time Director Ryan Graff. It then went on to win 2 awards for Best Short Film and Best Actress at the American Horror Film Festival. The film will continue to tour the festival circuit during 2020.
